In July we had a major power surge do to faulty equipment on pnm side of things. We were unaware if it ruined wiring in our home due it burning out all of our appliances!!! We called around for electrical companies and they were way over priced and rude until we called 5 star electric!!! Antonio was very professional and polite over the phone he was at our front door 45min later ... Antonio was VERY VERY VERY professional and checked our whole home at a reasonable cost and made us feel very comfortable with everything I would give them 100 stars if it was available!!!

Antonio and Gerome were: on time, pleasant to talk with, thorough in their investigation, thorough in their explanation of the problem, thorough in their approach to solving the problem, very clear in their explanations, they worked efficiently and well with each other, they offered more than one solution when possible, had very reasonable rates, I had them over this morning and have already recommended their services to a friend! I will use them again without any hesitation!!
