After a mishap with hedge trimmers and an extension cord, I was unable restore power to the wall plugs in the garage. When resetting the switches in the breaker box didn’t help I called Five Star. Antonio was booked solid for a week and a half but suggested a couple of fixes that might help and stayed on the line while I followed his instructions. Power was restored! For Antonio to take the time to help me (a non- paying customer) when he was obviously very busy is remarkable. It shows a customer-oriented approach that all should follow. For any future electrical needs I will contact Five Star without hesitation.
Antonio and his assistant were both very courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and even arrived early in the morning to address my problem. They were informative and professional and took the time to explain all my options. I would recommend 5 Star to anyone looking for quality workmanship and personable staff. Thanks again Antonio. Greg
